Minimum TODO

Answering these questions will help you focus and become successful in your event planning:

  1. What is the event about? Product launch party? Community building? Special day (software freedom day, etc.)? Participation in a bigger event?
  2. What kind of meeting is appropriate? Informal gathering? Workshop? Conference? Booth?
  3. How many people do you expect to attend? 3? 10? 50? 500?
  4. Where is it happening? A coffee shop? A restaurant? A room in a school/university? Your house? A conference center?
  5. When will it happen/How long will it last?
  6. What will be the costs?
  7. Do you want/need foreign speakers? Or an official Mozilla presence?

Getting support from Mozilla

When you are organizing an event you can request support from Mozilla Europe by sending filed Support request paper to Mozilla Europe (email address?)
