Marketing/Promotional Items
The Mozilla Community has a lot of creative talent, and community members have produced stunning artwork. For the launch of Firefox 3 in the summer of 2008, we held a T-shirt contest, and hundreds of beautiful designs were submitted by community members.
We want to make this creativity as accessible as we can to the whole community. It might be that you want a Firefox T-shirt for yourself, or that you want to make a batch of T-shirts for an event you are planning. We have a number of resources for this, from existing Mozilla T-shirts, to the Community Store (see below) where you can upload your own design or look at other community designs.
If you do create your own merchandise, please make sure that you follow Mozilla's Trademark Policy and especially the section, "Logos and Merchandise". And please remember, the goal with producing merchandise is to promote values, and not to make money. And also, please remember that you cannot sell any merchandise with a Mozilla trademark, even if it is to recoup costs or for raising funds. If you do need support from Mozilla to help run an event, have a look at the Events page.

The Mozilla Store
The Mozilla Store is online selling T-Shirts and other branded merchandise. The proceeds from the Mozilla Store go to the Mozilla Foundation.
Creating Your Own Mozilla Merchandise
The Mozilla Community Store is a place where you can upload your own T-Shirt designs, or buy T-Shirts with designs created by other members of the community. If you want some inspiration, you can check out the Mozilla T-Shirt archive, or the Firefox 3 T-Shirt contest.
Sharing Your Artwork
Beyond T-Shirt designs, we know that community members have created a lot of graphical art. We will also be lanching a community design website in 2009 where creative folk can share their artwork, and collaborate on art projects. You might find some inspiration at the SpreadFirefox Graphics Repository where community members have shared their artwork in the past.
Logo Resources
As noted in the Trademark Policy, you must respect any Mozilla trademarks you might incorporate into your artwork. We do have a logo resources available for Firefox, the Firefox Style Guide.
Your Own Art Site?
There is a vast number of sites that host customised Firefox and Thunderbird artwork - and we love them. To even begin to catalogue them would be the work of a lifetime, but we thought it would be nice to list them. So if you would like to see your site listed here, please get in touch with a link and a one-sentence description of your site, and we will do our best to post it up here.
Creative Online Workshop
On May 7th 2009, Mozilla's Community Marketing Team hosted an online "Creative" workshop with useful tips and suggestions on how to create Firefox shirts, affiliate buttons and more.
